Oct.31--ML RESEARCH Consultants has been appointed by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) to conduct this year's Marine Services Survey of shore-based operators.
The survey of shipping agents and marine terminal/operation managers will be conducted between October 27 and December 21.
The feedback received will assist in enhancing the marine services provided to ships in Singapore, a report by GAC Hot Port News said.
Shore-based operators will be informed about the survey via email. They will be requested to participate in the survey via the following website: survey.mlresearch.com.sg/mrIWeb/mrIWeb.dll
